LONG BRANCH – The “best” of Pier Village – one of the city’s marquee beachfront draws – will be built in the third and final phase of the village’s construction, according to the project’s planner.

The last phase, to be built between Morris Avenue and Melrose Terrace just to the south of the first two phases, will include a beachfront hotel, a block of new boardwalk, retail and high-end condos.

OceanFest in Long Branch is not your typical summer festival.
