Ignite your inner yogi at Pier Village. With our yoga offerings, you can reconnect with your breath and leave feeling simultaneously grounded and energized.

All Levels Welcome | Yoga and Fitness classes are held outdoors. All CDC recommended safety and social distancing guidelines in place for COVID-19 in April must be followed.

Classes begin April  6th, through April 29th, 2021 are 60 Minutes and located on Festival Plaza

Smooth Jazz Yoga| Awaken and align your body with this refreshing yoga session. You are guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Wednesdays | 6PM to 7PM with Sun Moon Yoga and Healing |$15 | Vinyasa | Click Here to Register

Sun Moon Flow | This vinyasa is a powerful, energetic form of flow where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This class will build inner heat burning away toxins both mentally and physically. Not only is this class physical it will allow you to explore the practice on a deeper level, exploring the practice of pranayama (breathing techniques), dharana & dyhana (concentration & meditation) as well as asana (the physical practice).
