Push your limits during Hell Week at Studio Pilates, a five-day fitness challenge designed to test your strength, endurance, and commitment.

The challenge is simple:
Complete two Pilates classes per day for five consecutive days from August 3–7.

It’s intense, rewarding, and an incredible way to challenge yourself while training alongside a supportive and motivating community. Whether you’re a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or looking to take your fitness to the next level, Hell Week is the perfect opportunity to build strength, boost endurance, and celebrate what your body can achieve.
