Nutrition Workshop by Alesha Courtney at High Crest in Wave Resort
Tuesday, January 16 | 6-7pm
Join us for an hour-long workshop with certified nutritionist, Alesha Courtney, as she leads a guided session and interactive workshop focusing on nutrition foundations and building healthy habits to reach your goals in 2024. You’ll walk away with a plan for your goals and a recipe book to take home with you.

Alesha Courtney MS, CHHC, CPT is a certified nutritionist and fitness coach who is passionate on helping others create a healthy lifestyle even on a busy schedule. Alesha grew up with GI distress and it wasn’t until after college when working for a nutritionist she discovered she had hidden food allergies. She was also an athlete in school and obsessed with the gym which led her to become a personal trainer. Alesha realized how important it was to lead a healthy lifestyle and she shares her knowledge and passion with everyone around her.
