The Pier Village Ice Festival welcomes the most talented and award-winning sculpting teams from across the country. Witness teams at work during an afternoon of a live ice carving competition where their artistry is put to the test in creating remarkable ice sculptures in an elimination style “speed carving” format. The ice sculpting competition begins at 12PM on the Blue Wave behind Wave Resort. It’s FREE to attend and view, and sculptures will remain on display through Sunday (and until they melt).
Also enjoy an array of more wintery fun throughout Pier Village.

Paint – A – Pot:
All pieces will be fired in our kilns and ready for pickup in 1 – 1.5 weeks.
All ages and experience levels are welcome.
Priced per piece, plus applicable tax. A $15.00 sitting fee applies to anyone not painting with the exception of any parents/ adults accompanying children.
Handbuilding:
Come play with clay! Our instructor will provide a brief demo on making a pinch pot, and from there you can take it away on your own!
Children must be at least 4-years old.
$35.00 per person for 1 hour session & optional $20.00 fee to keep your piece.
(You can only paint if you opt to keep your piece).
Pieces will be ready for pickup in 3-4 weeks.
Share your story on a custom bracelet by creating your own unique Little Word™. Our Beadtenders will guide you through the process as you design your custom piece, complete with refreshments so it’s really a beading party! Start by choosing your word, then pick your colors, then add NEW CHARMS by Little Words Project. Your story is always evolving, so should your jewelry.

Single – 30 minutes
A single creation of your choosing. Choose to make a bracelet or an anklet.
Double – 45 minutes
A double creation of your choosing. Choose to make any two bracelets or anklets.
Triple – 60 minutes
A triple creation of your choosing. Choose to make any three bracelets, three anklets, or one necklace.
Little-r Words – 30 minutes
Attention Kiddos 12 years old and under! Make one “Little-r” Word for less.
