Yoga at High Crest with SoulShine Studios!
Connect with your mind, body, and spirit at a rooftop yoga session with SoulShine Studios! Deeply inhale the ocean air and let the sound of the roaring waves inspire your vinyasa flow. Weekly schedule also includes a variety of wellness classes such as Guided Meditation, High Intensity Interval Training, Functional Fitness, and Simply Stretch. All classes are $20, are open to hotel guests and non-hotel guests, and are reserved online. All levels welcome! Namaste!
