This comprehensive Pet First Aid & CPR class is designed for anyone interested in protecting the safety and wellness of animals. Ideal for pet parents, groomers, shelter staff, kennel staff, veterinary technicians, and animal rescue volunteers, no prior training or experience is required.

Taught by a seasoned pre-hospital emergency medical care provider and educator, this highly interactive course focuses on hands-on skills practice — no slides or videos — ensuring participants gain real-life proficiency in lifesaving techniques.

Hands-On Skills Training Includes:

• Emergency muzzling and safe restraint

• Vital signs assessment

• CPR for canine and feline

• Choking management (conscious and unconscious pets)

• Bleeding control and shock management

Lecture Topics Include:

• Medical emergencies (seizures, poisoning, bloat)

• Environmental emergencies

• Pet safety and wellness best practices
